RIYADH – The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has announced that the official fees for trademark services will be reduced in Saudi Arabia.
The Ministerial Decree regarding the decrease will be published in the next Official Gazette release almost aligning the effective date to the date of the Official Gazette.
Trademark assignments, however, will be subject to an increase in official fees. Please refer to the table below for the new fees.

Please note that the new fees will affect new applications only.
