Further to TNR for the two weeks ended 28 October 1997, Regulation No 527 of the Central Bank of Russia, introducing a registration procedure for loans from non-residents which exceed 180 days, has now been published in "Vestnik of Bank of Russia" No 71-72 dated 5 November 1997, and is therefore effective as of that date.
