We are excited to announce the merger of IP-Partnership, an Israel based IP boutique firm, with JMB Davis Ben-David, effective August 8, 2022.
IP-Partnership was founded and managed by Israel Patent Attorney, Mr. Henry Sinai who is now a Partner at JMB Davis Ben-David.
Henry has degrees in both Law and Mechanical/Civil Engineering and has practiced for over 25 years as an Israeli Patent Attorney. He advises and counsels international and Israeli based corporations on the development of their intellectual property portfolios. He has drafted opinions on patentability and infringement issues for international clients, and brings to JMB Davis Ben-David his extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent and design applications worldwide and the registration of trademarks in many countries. Henry's fields of experience include computers, hardware and software, pharma and biotechnology, mechanical, food technology, image processing, printing, medical devices, telecommunications and semiconductors.
