ATLANTA (January 7) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Josh Hess to the firm's Atlanta office. Mr. Hess joins the firm as an associate on the Complex Business Litigation Team in the Litigation Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hess worked as an associate at Sidley Austin LLP. He has experience representing clients in commercial, employment, and regulatory disputes. Mr. Hess also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Raymond Kethledge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Amul Thapar on the Eastern District of Kentucky. Additionally, Mr. Hess interned for Justice David Nahmias on the Georgia Supreme Court.
Mr. Hess earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of
Law, and is a member of Order of the Coif. He participated in the
U.S. Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and served as the Managing
Editor for Business of the Journal of Law and Politics.
Mr. Hess received a B.A. in Political Philosophy, Policy & Law,
with Highest Distinction, from the University of
Virginia.
