ATLANTA (January 16) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Yendelela Neely Anderson has been selected as a member of the 2014 Class of Fellows to participate in a landmark program created by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

According to LCLD Executive Director Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants "an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, virtual and in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD's top leadership."
Ms. Anderson concentrates her practice on employment litigation and counseling. Her primary focuses are discrimination, occupational safety and health, and wage and hour issues. Ms. Anderson's experience includes representing multiple clients in class action litigation and substantial interaction with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various state Equal Employment Opportunity agencies.
