Cadwalader advised Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and German American Capital Corporation in a $1.65 billion refinancing of One Madison Avenue, a 1.4 million square-foot Class A office tower in Madison Square Park owned by SL Green Realty Corp., Manhattan's largest office landlord.

One Madison Avenue's top of the line amenities include Le Jardin Sur Madison, a one-of-a-kind event space and rooftop garden and The Commons, a 9,500 square foot tenant-only lounge.
