Kilpatrick Townsend Welcomes Four New Associates In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (October 8) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of four new associates to the firm’s San Francisco office.

SAN FRANCISCO (October 8)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of four new associates to the firm's San Francisco office.

  • Oliver Kroll joins the firm as an associate in the Patent Litigation Team. Mr. Kroll earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School, with Pro Bono Distinction, a B.A., with honours, in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford, and a B.A., with honours, in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.
  • Thomas McMahon joins the firm as an associate in the Trademark & Copyright Team.  Mr. McMahon earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School where he was a member of the Law and Policy Review and Sports and Entertainment Law Journals, and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and History from the University of Florida.
  • Kevin O'Brien joins the firm as an associate in the Patent Litigation Team.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O'Brien was a law clerk for the Honorable Richard G. Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While in law school, Mr. O'Brien was Symposium Editor of the Hastings Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif.  He earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
  • Darius Samerotte joins the firm as an associate in the Patent Litigation Team. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Samerotte was an engineer with Green Hills Software.  He earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.  Mr. Samerotte earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Cornell University where he was Vice President of the Cornell Debate Association.
