Manatt advised Samsung on negotiations for all three retail anchor lease agreements, securing prominent locations for the company at Queens Center in New York, Mall of America in Minnesota and Los Cerritos Center in California. The transactions support Samsung’s efforts to align its retail footprint with broader brand engagement goals.
