WINSTON-SALEM (October 4) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Matthew Chambers will speak on a panel at the National Society of Compliance Professionals National Meeting, which will be held October 21-23 in Washington, DC.
Mr. Chambers will join other industry experts as he speaks on a panel titled "Emerging Issues and New Best Practices for Pricing and Valuation." Panelists include Bruce Karpati, Chief Compliance Officer for Prudential Investments and Michael Isaac, Chief Compliance Officer for Stadion Money Management.

Mr. Chambers focuses his practice on representing mutual funds and investment advisers. He provides counsel with respect to SEC filings, compliance, regulatory exams, corporate governance and disclosure matters on a regular basis.
