Kinstellar has successfully advised Star Capital Investments on the acquisition of Lighthouse Towers in Prague’s Holešovice, a grade A office building.

January 2020 – Kinstellar has successfully advised Star Capital Investments on the acquisition of Lighthouse Towers in Prague's Holeaovice, a grade A office building.

The seller was a German institutional real estate fund DEKA Immobilien. The property comprises two separate stand-alone buildings. The smaller of the two is four storeys high and offers 6,500 m2 of lettable area. The larger building stands impressive 19 storeys high, and this BREEAM-certified landmark office building offers almost 21,000 m2 of lettable area. The main office tenants in the property include ČD Cargo, Accenture, Pharmaceutical Research Associates, LMC, and Pharma Swiss.
