analysé les attentes de la FINMA, telles qu'elles ont
notamment été exprimées dans la Circulaire
FINMA 2025/2 et la Communication FINMA 02/2026. Un accent a
été spécifiquement mis sur les propres
instruments financiers du gestionnaire et les conflits
d'intérêts qui en résultent, ainsi que sur
le contrôle des risques.
