Brussels, 18 August 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised the Joint Lead Managers - ABN AMRO Bank, Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Bank - on Creafin's inaugural €300 million securitistation.   This is an important milestone for Creafin as the transaction brings further diversification in their funding sources and placing the first publicly placed RMBS in the Belgian market in a long time, bringing investors possibilities for diversification as well.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Brussels-based partner Philip Van Steenwinkel, together with counsel Charles-Henri Bernard.
