Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has again been recognized for delivering exceptional client service, earning a place on the BTI Client Service A-Team 2026 and achieving a significant rise in the firm’s overall ranking based exclusively on feedback from corporate counsel at the world’s largest companies.
Now in its 25th year, the BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based solely on unprompted, in-depth interviews with leading legal decision-makers. The 2026 analysis draws on more than 350 interviews conducted between June 2025 and March 2026 with general counsel, chief legal officers, and other senior legal decision-makers at organizations with revenues of US$1 billion or more. K&L Gates has received recognition every year from BTI Consulting since the inception of the Client Service A-Team rankings.
The research conducted in pursuit of assigning rankings evaluates law firms across 17 key activities that define superior client relationships, including client focus, commitment to help, understanding the client’s business, and delivering value for the dollar.
In addition to firmwide recognition, Kansas City partner John Crossley and New York partner Marc Veilleux were named to the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2026, an honor awarded to individual attorneys identified by in-house counsel as delivering the absolute best in client service.
This recognition follows a series of honors from BTI Consulting Group, including naming the firm an “Innovation Icon” for its forward-thinking client solutions, listing the firm among the most recommended law firms in the BTI Most Recommended Law Firms 2025 report, and recognizing the firm as a litigation leader in six categories.
