Mintz represented ElevATE Semiconductor, Inc. (“Elevate”), a Presidio Investors portfolio company, in connection with the sale of ElevATE to Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD). The all-cash transaction is valued at $250 million.

ElevATE, headquartered in San Diego, California, is a leading fabless designer of low-power, high-density integrated circuits for the automated test equipment (ATE) industry. Presidio Investors is a leading middle market private equity firm headquartered in Austin, Texas.

The transaction has been approved by the boards of both companies and by ElevATE's shareholders and is expected to close during the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
