Taft Cincinnati attorney Trevor Nichols was recently appointed to the Southern Ohio Regional Advisory Board for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky, & Indiana (OKI). As a board member, Nichols will support regional efforts to advance the organization's mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses while deepening community engagement across the region.

Nichols is a senior associate in Taft's Employment and Labor Relations group. His practice is focused on defending employers in all stages of litigation, from the administrative phase through trial. He frequently litigates employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, and trade secret misappropriation. Nichols also conducts internal investigations and provides advice and counsel on employment policies and contracts. Nichols earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky.
