Our Real Estate team in Germany advised UAB Orkest Partners, together with its investment manager NCAP, on the acquisition and financing of a fully let logistics property in Bensheim, located in Germany's Rhine‑Main region, near Frankfurt.
The transaction marks UAB Orkest Partners' first investment in the German market and represents an important step in its strategy to establish a sustainable core logistics portfolio in Europe.
NCAP acted as adviser and investment manager, with the acquisition constituting NCAP's first deal in Germany. The NCAP team was led by Stephan Obermayer, Managing Partner, NCAP Germany.
The acquisition comprises approximately 10,600 sq m of modern warehouse, office and mezzanine space, leased on a long‑term basis to a contract logistics provider. It enables high standards of flexibility and sustainability from one of Germany's most established logistics hubs. Bensheim benefits from excellent connectivity to Frankfurt and key European transport corridors.
The cross‑disciplinary team was led by Partner Nicolas Deuerling (Real Estate), with Counsel Matthias Fischer and Senior Associates Susanne Schaad and Kai Knapp. Further support was provided by Partner Carolin Glaenzel (Banking & Finance) and Partner Dr. Annette Rickert and Senior Associate Andreas Hofmann (Tax).
Nicolas Deuerling said: "This transaction represents an important milestone for UAB Orkest Partners' logistics strategy in Germany. It underlines the continued demand for sustainable, future‑proof logistics assets in established logistics locations, and we are delighted to have supported our client in executing this investment efficiently and seamlessly."
