Our Capital Markets team has advised AIM quoted biopesticides product and technology company, Eden Research plc, in relation to its secondary capital fundraising of up to £11.2 million through a firm placing and subscription, conditional placing and retail offer, with Cavendish Capital Markets Limited and Oberon Capital, a trading name of Oberon Investments Limited, acting as joint bookrunners.
Eden Research plc is an Oxfordshire-based company focused on developing and supplying innovative biopesticide products and natural microencapsulation technologies to the global crop protection, animal health and consumer products industries. Eden Research is currently the only UK-quoted company focused on biopesticides for sustainable agriculture.
