We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Caline Jilwan has joined Eptalex as our Global Operations Director.
Caline will lead the enhancement of our strategic and operational performance across all Eptalex offices, ensuring each entity benefits from unified vision, disciplined execution, and tailored support.
With 18 years of senior management experience, she brings a distinctive combination of strategic insight and operational rigor. Her expertise spans process optimization, brand and performance management, human capital development, and resource efficiency; supported by a strong ability to translate market realities into effective action.
Caline also serves on several cultural and philanthropic boards, including the Niemeyer Heritage Foundation Tripoli (NHFT), and presides over the Aida Association, supporting young cancer patients.
She is a certified board member with the World Bank and the IFC, and lectures at ALBA and ESA (in partnership with ESCP Europe). Her academic credentials include Luxury Management (ESA & IFM Paris), Art Management (ESA & Gurr Johns London), and a Master's in Management from Université Lyon III.
