Known for his collaborative style and ability to anticipate challenges before they arise, he works closely with management teams, boards and investors across a range of sectors, delivering clear, actionable advice in fast-moving and often highly nuanced environments.

He chairs the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA)'s Venture Capital and Fund Formation documents working groups and serves on the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)'s Corporate Finance Advisory Committee. He practices in both English and French.
