Three attorneys on the Gaming Industry Team in the Tallahassee office authored two chapters of the Chambers Gaming Law 2025 Global Practice Guide. Partners Marc Dunbar and Dan Russell, together with special counsel Dan McGinn, authored the "Law and Practice" and "Trends and Developments" chapters of the USA - Florida section, which is used as a resource to compare the latest information in gaming law across 29 jurisdictions. The "Law and Practice" chapter covers legislative framework, licensing framework, application requirements, responsible gambling, acquisitions and changes of control, enforcement, and taxation in Florida. The "Trends and Developments" chapter covers recent regulatory, legislative, and market shifts shaping the state's gaming industry.
