A senior professional support lawyer has published an in-depth work on the reform of the General Law on Public Service Employment.

Cátia Arrimar, a senior professional support lawyer specialising in Regulatory and Public Law, has co-authored Comentários à Lei Geral do Trabalho em Funções Públicas (Comments on the General Law on Public Service Employment) with Paulo Veiga e Moura. This is the first volume, analysing articles 1 to 275.

It delves into the reform of the General Law on Public Service Employment (LTFP), which has completely changed the paradigm of public employment relations for over half a million workers and raised numerous complex questions for those who deal with it daily. It contributes to clarifying the interpretation of the LTFP and responding to many of the questions raised by the public.
