The seminar will take place on 21 January at the headquarters of the Algarve Hotels and Tourist Resorts Association (AHETA) in Albufeira.
In partnership with AHETA, PLMJ is organising a seminar on 'Local Accommodation: From Set-Up to Operation'.
Carmen Baptista Rosa, a partner in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and head of the Faro office, will lead the seminar. Maria Goreti Rebêlo and Rita Calafate, lawyers specialising in the same area, will participate in the panels 'Local Lodging: from set-up to operation' and 'The practical implications of the local regime'.
During the session, participants will examine the current legal framework, the sector's main challenges, and its development prospects. There will be a particular focus on the interests of investors, developers, and co-owners.
