building in Leudelange, Luxembourg.
Arendt & Medernach advised Wooden SA on the refinancing of
the Wooden building, a prime office property located in Leudelange,
Luxembourg. The transaction was fully governed by Luxembourg law
with Arendt overseeing all legal aspects of the deal.
The Arendt team negotiated the Luxembourg law-governed facility
agreement and implemented a comprehensive security package,
delivering seamless coordination across finance, real estate and
tax matters. The team also supported the client throughout the
transaction process, from structuring to closing, ensuring timely
execution.
