PLMJ advised SIC – Sociedade Independente de Comunicação, S.A. – on the sale of Etnaga, the owner of BOL, an online ticket sales platform.
Through SIC, Impresa sold its 30% stake in Dual Tickets, which held an indirect 26.4% stake in Etnaga and, consequently, BOL. The stake was sold to the CREST II – FCR fund.
The PLMJ team was led by Bárbara Godinho Correia and Ânia Cruz, respectively a partner and a managing associate in the Corporate M&A practice, as well as Rita Pereira Jardim, a senior associate in the same practice.
This sale forms part of SIC's strategy for the period from 2025 to 2028, with the aim of optimising its portfolio of holdings and focusing on its core businesses.
