Restructure secures future for key northern beef assets and supports Kimberley community
KordaMentha is pleased to confirm that completion occurred for the sale of the Yeeda Group to TLP4, a subsidiary of Alberta Investment Management Corporation, on 31 October 2025.
David Osborne, Deed Administrator of the Group notes, 'This complex restructure has delivered a sustainable pathway forward for these strategically important northern beef assets.'
More than 100 former employees will shortly receive their outstanding entitlements in full.
KordaMentha acknowledges the importance of this outcome for the Kimberley region, where Yeeda has long been a significant employer and contributor to the local economy. We are grateful for the patience and support shown by the Kimberley community to deliver this outcome.
