Our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team has again been
included in the Global Restructuring Review's (GRR) 30 list for
2025. This marks our eighth consecutive year as one of the
world's leading law firms in cross-border restructuring and
insolvency.
For the second-year running, we are also the highest-ranked
investment hub law firm on the table. Our Index Value – which
reflects the number of ranked lawyers in the Lexology Index
Restructuring & Insolvency table – was the highest of any
investment hub firm, reinforcing the depth of expertise and
influence we bring to the sector in our key jurisdictions.
Matthew Goucke, Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Partner in the Cayman Islands office, commented: 'This ranking reflects the calibre and commitment of our global team. Every mandate we take on demands clarity and creativity, and that's where we excel – helping clients with complex restructuring solutions that work in practice.'
Fraser Hern, Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Partner and Head of the Channel Islands, added: 'Recognition at this level speaks to the trust our clients place in us and the strength of our cross-border capabilities. It's a testament to the collaborative approach that defines our team.'
Tom Pugh, Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Partner in the Hong Kong office, said: 'Being named the leading offshore firm underscores both our international reach and the quality of our professionals. Our focus remains on helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes in a fast-changing market.'
The GRR 30 is derived from the GRR 100, an annual guide
highlighting the top global law firms in cross-border restructuring
and insolvency. Firms are evaluated by an independent panel based
on the scale and complexity of their cases, the recognition of
practitioners in Lexology Index's Restructuring &
Insolvency rankings and their prior performance in the GRR
list.
Our specialist Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team provides
