A&M becomes EHL’s first advisory firm partner within the Alliance, EHL’s global business network, uniting business insight and academic excellence to advance global hospitality
Lausanne, Switzerland, 12th November, 2025 – Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global professional services firm known for its leadership in Travel, Hospitality & Leisure (THL) advisory today announced a strategic partnership with EHL, the global hospitality and business education group, world’s leading institution in hospitality education.
As the first advisory firm to join the EHL Alliance, whose mission is to foster collaborative relationships that drive innovation, A&M will contribute to develop the next generation of industry leaders, advance innovation in hospitality, and connect business insight with academic excellence. The partnership reflects both organisations’ commitment to supporting future talent and thought leadership.
As the first steps of this collaboration, A&M will be integrated into EHL’s ecosystem, and gaining access to services such as recruitment opportunities with EHL students and graduates. A&M will also support EHL students through internships, mentorship opportunities, and competitions – including students winning the opportunity to attend A&M’s flagship event - European Hospitality Investment Conference (EHIC) - reinforcing both partners’ commitment to future talent development. This is a starting point in a long term partnership with the ambition to explore further collaborations such as contributing to the syllabus with guest lectures, co-creating case studies and publishing quarterly insights papers.
