This webinar will focus on:

  1. Consent decrees in the pharmaceutical industry and FDA's views on drug litigation,
  2. How intellectual property litigation will affect pharmaceutical companies,
  3. Government enforcement policy changes and supply chain concerns,
  4. Telemedicine companies facing litigation concerns over GLP-1 drugs,
  5. Competition amongst pharmaceutical companies with counterfeit drug labeling and;

Applications for accreditation will be submitted to CA, CO, FL, IL, NY, TX, UT, VA, and WI. Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be provided to attendees licensed in other jurisdictions so they may self-apply if their jurisdiction allows.
