Join us for Foley's Government Contracts Annual Update on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EST, streaming live via webinar. This annual event brings together our experienced Government Contracts attorneys to provide timely insights and practical guidance on the most pressing issues facing federal contractors today.

This year's webinar will focus on the unprecedented FAR Overhaul, summarizing key changes to the FAR and how those changes will impact upcoming procurements and contractors' compliance obligations. We will also address evolving federal contractor risks under the civil False Claims Act, along with other key developments in federal government procurement.

Certificates of attendance will be distributed to eligible participants approximately eight weeks after the web conference via email.

Applications for accreditation will be submitted to CO, FL, NY, and WI for up to 3.5 credit hours (50-minute hour) and CA, IL, TX, UT, and VA for up to 3 credits hours (60-minute hour). Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be provided to attendees seeking credit in other jurisdictions.

Foley & Lardner LLP is an approved MCLE provider in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Texas, and Utah.

For purposes of New York CLE credit, this program is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Certificates of attendance will be distributed to eligible participants approximately eight weeks after the program via email.
