Join us as we discuss the intersection of legal, strategic, and reputational challenges that the much-debated concept of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) poses for investment firms. Learn about the status of litigation trends, state-led efforts, DEI covenants (including post-closing DEI requirements), consequences for businesses with government contracts or funding, and other considerations regarding DEI in venture capital deals.
