“The Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators showcases the best litigators the U.S. has to offer – in commercial litigation, product liability, mass torts, securities and other fiduciary litigation, white collar and investigations, administrative proceedings, class actions, antitrust, energy and technology disputes, intellectual property, trademark and patent wars,” the publication states.

Elizabeth represents clients in high-stakes litigation across the country, involving commercial disputes, product defects claims, and consumer fraud, and securities fraud class actions, and civil rights matters.

Retired Judge Shaw is a skilled litigator and appellate advocate who brings valuable insight and perspective gained from his more than 25 years on the bench. He co-chairs the firm’s appellate practice.
