Our team in the Cayman Islands was pleased to act as counsel to
longstanding client Oak Hill Advisors (OHA), a leading global
credit-focused alternative asset manager, on the third vintage of
its captive collateralised loan obligation (CLO) equity fund, OHA
CLO Enhanced Equity Fund III (OHCEE III).
OHCEE III, which raised $1.1bn in equity commitments, will enable
OHA to deploy approximately $10bn in CLOs. The fund attracted
commitments from a global base of investors, including pension
funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, endowments and family
offices.
Our team was led by Cayman Islands Investment Funds partner Bicrom Das, working alongside senior counsel Jenna Wong with associates Arezou Rezai and Eli Samson. Cayman Islands regulatory advice
