CleanMax is a leading renewable energy solution provider in C&I sector and is backed by marquee investors such as Brookfield Renewables, Augment Infrastructure, and Impact Fund Denmark (IFU – DSDG).
AZB also represented CleanMax on their structured acquisition financing from 360 One Prime Limited for the proposed acquisition by the promoter group of CleanMax.
