Our Real Estate team has advised legal services firm Bristows on a significant prelet agreement at Bow Bells, a substantial office redevelopment in the City of London.
Bristows will relocate its headquarters from Blackfriars to occupy the top four floors of Bow Bells, comprising 70,000 sq ft of premium office space. The move marks a major milestone for the scheme, bringing occupancy to 50%.
The transaction was led byFelicity LindsayandJane Reyersbachwho advised Bristows throughout, with input fromAshley Yarwoodon construction.
Bow Bells offers a total of 145,000 sq ft of office space in a prime city location. The building is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment to enhance its environmental performance and tenant experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable workspace.
