London – Mayer Brown has acted for landlord 30 Gresham Street Limited, a joint venture of Wing Tai Properties Limited (a Hong Kong publicly listed company SEHK stock code: 369) and Manhattan HoldingsLimited, on an extensive building renovation and lease regear involving numerous leases covering in excess of 350,000 sq. ft. NIA of office space at 30 Gresham Street, London. There were three lender tenants involved in the regear - Investec, Rathbones and Commerzbank.
The deal represents one of the largest lease regears in London in 2025 and will establish a shared London headquarters for Investec and Rathbones, with the building currently undergoing a significant renovation project in order to provide a high-quality home for both parties in the future.
