The Life Sciences team represented Moelis & Company LLC, the exclusive placement agent for CorMedix Inc. in connection with an offering of $150 million aggregate principal amount of convertible notes. The notes were issued to finance, in part, CorMedix's $300 million acquisition of Melinta Therapeutics LLC.
