The Private Equity and Finance teams advised McWin Capital Partners, alongside its co-investment partner TriSpan LLP, on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of FI Holdings Limited (“Flat Iron”), a popular steak restaurant chain with multiple restaurants across the UK. The transaction was financed through a combination of equity funding provided by McWin and TriSpan and senior debt financing.

McWin Capital Partners is a specialist private equity and venture capital firm, dedicated to the food ecosystem.
