The Goodwin Private Equity team is advising Stirling Square Capital Partners ("Stirling Square") in a growth investment by KKR into Infobric, a leader in software solutions for the construction industry. KKR will become a significant shareholder alongside majority investor Stirling Square and Infobric's management. The new investment and support from Stirling Square and KKR will enable Infobric's further growth through continued product innovation, geographic expansion and strategic M&A.
