Mintz advised the underwriters in connection with a $69 million public offering by Larimar Therapeutics, Inc. of 21,562,500 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.20 per share. The gross proceeds to Larimar from the offering were $69 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
Leerink Partners LLC, Guggenheim Securities, LLC, Truist Securities, Inc. and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
