Lowenstein Sandler represented the owners of iMemories LLC, a pioneer in media digitization and cloud-based content preservation, in the company’s sale to Ancestry.com, the global leader in digital family history services. The acquisition supports Ancestry’s mission for individuals to connect with and preserve their family stories. Ancestry plans to leverage iMemories’ advanced preservation tools to digitize family photos and videos and expand its usage of AI-powered storytelling.
