Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of TPI Composites, Inc., a global company that manufactures and sells composite wind blades and related precision molding and assembly systems to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). TPI Composites, Inc., along with 21 affiliated debtors, each filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on August 11.

The company reports between $500 million to $1 billion in assets and $1 billion to $10 billion in liabilities.
