In a revamped approach to the Boston office's annual alumni event, partners from the Private Credit, Private Investment Funds and Tax groups hosted a dinner at Mistral for the office's in-house private capital alumni. The gathering provided an intimate setting for alumni to reconnect with former colleagues and current attorneys with whom they'd worked closely during their years at Proskauer.
The evening also provided alumni an opportunity to reflect on their post-Proskauer career paths, their professional successes and how their personal lives and responsibilities have evolved since leaving the Firm.
"What a privilege to have worked for, trained with, and received mentoring from such high-quality people. I will always be grateful to my Proskauer 'family' for starting me off on the right footing in my career."

Attendees included in-house alumni from 5am Ventures, ARBRY Partners, Ares, Liberty Mutual Investments, Summit Partners and Wellington Management, among others.
The gathering also marked the Boston office's first opportunity for in-person alumni engagement during the celebration of Proskauer's 150th anniversary.

After thanking everyone for attending, PIF partner Camille Higonnet shared some fun facts about Proskauer history from the Firm website, "Proskauer's 'client list by 1900 had grown to include clients from a vast array of companies, including cigars and tobacco, department stores, theatrical, silks, and other textiles, beer and liquors, [and] clothing and real estate,'" she read before adding in her own words. "Evidently Proskauer has known how to throw a party for some time."
The comment drew laughter from the crowd and set the tone for a memorable evening.
"I still can't believe it had been almost 10 years since I saw some of those familiar faces.... I loved how we all picked up right where we left off, like no time had passed at all."
