Hill – a New York-based private credit manager – in its
sale to Man Group, a global alternative investment management
firm.
Bardin Hill currently has approximately $3 billion in assets
under management (AUM). This strategic acquisition will further
strengthen Man Group's credit platform, which currently
comprises nearly $40 billion of AUM, and expand its foothold in the
US private credit market.
