Seasoned Health Care Advisor Expands Proskauer's Health Care Regulatory and Transactional Capabilities
BOSTON, July 16, 2025 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is pleased to welcome partner Devin Cohen to its Corporate Department and Health Care Group. Devin will be based in the Firm's Boston office and brings extensive experience representing leading health care organizations and private equity sponsors on significant health care deals and complex compliance issues.

Devin represents pharmaceutical and medical device companies, health care service providers, insurers, management services organizations and investors on a range of regulatory and transactional matters including payer-provider alignment, value-based care, risk contracting and Medicare Advantage. He also has extensive experience representing sponsors and other stakeholders in connection with human subjects and animal research matters, fraud and abuse, compliance and reimbursement issues, as well as in connection with financially distressed health care assets.
