An employment attorney with over 25 years of experience, Dawn is the first woman to serve as Managing Partner at Young Moore since its founding in 1954. She co-leads the firm’s Employment and Workers’ Compensation litigation team, advising clients on a wide range of matters including workers’ compensation claims, non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation issues, and compliance with the ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. Dawn is also experienced in drafting and enforcing employment agreements. A frequent speaker on employment and workers’ compensation topics, she is actively involved in leadership roles across legal and business communities.
