Mudasar Pham-Khan, an attorney in Ballard Spahr’s Privacy and Data Security Group, has been named co-leader of the firm’s Asian American Business Resource Group (AABRG).
Mudasar joins Rebecca Day, legal document automation manager in Ballard Spahr’s New Jersey office, and Kimberlee Stammer, a paralegal based in the firm’s Baltimore office, as co-leaders. In his practice, Mudasar regularly advises companies of various sizes and maturity on issues involving privacy, data security, AI, e-commerce, social media, mobile and internet-based advertising, and consumer protection.
The AABRG fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment for all lawyers and business professionals at the firm. The Group offers opportunities for meaningful connection through various activities and events throughout the year. These initiatives support mentorship, internal and external networking, and the advancement of professional and business development for its members.
