Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 50 firms in the U.S., announced today the addition of Jordan Kendall as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). He steps into the role as former CMO Janet Altman, who established the firm's marketing department and led the firm's marketing efforts through more than 25 years of dynamic growth, retires effective May 31st.
Kendall brings 25 years of experience leading marketing and growth strategy in the professional services industry. He has worked with global accounting firms and high-growth consulting businesses across sectors such as private equity, technology, and public companies. In his new role, Kendall will oversee the firm's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market efforts to support sustainable growth and long-term success.
Over the course of his career, Kendall has led transformative go-to-market initiatives, built and managed global teams, and helped professional services firms evolve their brand presence and accelerate revenue. His expertise includes strategic marketing planning, sales enablement, customer experience, and business transformation. He is known for driving measurable impact through client-centric, data-informed programs.
Kendall also serves as a mentor with the Emerging Leaders in Cyber Initiative (ELCI) at Toronto Metropolitan University, a program dedicated to advancing women in cybersecurity and preparing the next generation of industry leaders.
He earned his Bachelor of Commerce, summa cum laude, from the University of Toronto and completed postgraduate studies in telecommunications policy and advanced data communications at Syracuse University
