Kelley Drye has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of human genetics and biotechnology company 23andMe Holding Co. 23andMe filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri on March 23, 2025. The Kelley Drye team will represent the interests of the unsecured creditors as the company works through its restructuring process.
