We have advised private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners on one of its affiliates’ acquisitions of Europe Snacks, one of Europe’s leading savoury snack manufacturers.
Europe Snacks, headquartered in Paris, is a key player in the European snack industry. Producing crisps, and other savoury snacks for leading retailers and branded food companies, and with seven production facilities across the UK, France and Spain, Europe Snacks is a preferred partner in a competitive market.
Our Guernsey Investment Funds & Corporate team advised alongside the London and Paris corporate teams at Latham & Watkins on the acquisition, and included group partner Matt Sanders, senior counsel Jessica Robinson and associate Samantha Gramoney.
