The nine-attorney group also will boost Lewis Brisbois' already deep trial bench and National Trial Practice with the addition of Mr. Bernabei, who has tried more than 250 cases over the course of his 35-year legal career. "At Lewis Brisbois, our clients benefit because Ernie, who has tried hundreds of cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, can now try cases for clients nationwide," Mr. Dunne noted.
National Managing Partner Gregory Katz said that the addition of the nine-member group continues the firm's long-term strategy of hiring experienced and accomplished attorneys throughout the country.
"I am excited and pleased with the addition of these nine talented attorneys in multiple offices," he said. "This group brings a wealth of experience across an array of practice areas and industries. They will help us deepen relationships with existing clients while expanding our opportunities to attract new clients."
New Jersey Managing Partner Colin Hackett noted, "Lewis Brisbois' New Jersey office is very fortunate that Peter and his team have joined. Several of Peter's long and deep list of clients and contacts have already reached out to him to take advantage of Lewis Brisbois' national footprint and broad practice areas. We are experiencing the perfect trifecta: Peter's team, their clients, and Lewis Brisbois."
